VNHELP and The Wheelchair Foundation are working together again this year to host the 2nd annual Wheel & Grace 2004 fundraising event on Saturday October 30, 2004 at the Blackhawk Museum in Danville, CA. Thanks to the successful Wheel & Grace program in 2003, VNHELP and The Wheelchair Foundation distributed 1500 wheelchairs in the largest wheelchairs donation in Viet Nam history.
